This is version #0.4 of The . . . (Sexual, Instinctual, Cognitive, Physical, ...) Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XY). For brevity, this section is titled The . . . Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XY).

The tapestry subsets functioning within the realm of cognition can be referred to as The Cognitive Dimorphism Personality Spectrum Tapestry. Likewise, The Sexual Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry will focus on the ensembles impacting the manifestation of gender and gender differences.

There are cognitive manifestations and differences that are impacted by the Sexual Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry, and there are gender manifestations and differences that are impacted by the Cognitive Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry.

The same can be said for the Physical and Instinctual Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestries. All the ensembles making up these all tapestries intersect and overlap. The writers and the readers of this chapter will have to do our best.

Dimorphism is considered more broadly throughout All That Is as a Fundamental Prerequisite. The Fundamental Interactive Dimorphism Prerequisite. Dimorphism is introduced in Section 1.

The term "dimorphism" is understood differently by many. For the purpose of better understanding this chapter, please review ConserveLiberty's definition of dimorphism.

ConserveLiberty's attempt at comprehending the The Cognitive Dimorphism Tapestry is referred to as "Understanding the Misunderstanding".

Given that each of us detects, perceives, and reacts differently, then the notion of "Misunderstanding" is of great interest.

The Understanding of How and Why we Understand and Misunderstand is, more or less, what the exploration of the "Personality Filters" within ConserveLiberty is all about.

Our misunderstanding of each other is primarily due to the FACT that

• we can only understand what we are built to understand,
• we are only built to understand "whatever" in a finite number of ways, and
• we are all built differently. ALL OF US.

Essentially, we will all Misunderstand each other, ALWAYS. There is no way around it.

Considering "The Asymmetry of The Filters," is there a Personality Filter Tapestry that manifests the highest likelihood of misunderstanding "the other" as a result of individually different default settings for the Tapestry?

Yes there is.

Tapestries between individuals exist as Pairs of Tapestries in relationship with each other. They coexist together. Dimorphically. As two sides of the same coin. Paired Tapestries coexist as a "We". No Living Lineage exists without this Paired Tapestry also existing to continue its propagation.

A Paired Tapestry leading to the highest likelihood of misunderstanding? The . . . Dimorphism Personality Spectrum Tapestry.

"We" are Male and Female. While apparently Separate, in fact we only persist sustainably
→ Together. ← And the Male and Female of We don't understand each other.

The Paradox of Creating this Chapter:

The ConserveLiberty resource is devoted to Understanding The Facts as best as its authors, muses, and contributors are able to at the moment.

In the attempt to communicate an "Understanding of the Misunderstanding", ironically the contributors to this chapter's sections will either be male or female. While a male writer may have insights into the instincts and perceptions experienced by other males, he will have very little insight into the perceptions experienced by females that are not common to males. Essentially, males are mostly unaware of the cognitive dimorphic differences that distinguish them from those manifested by females.

Males are aware there are differences. However, they are only aware that the female cognitive perspectives are different from their own. They actually are NOT aware of what the female cognitive instincts and perceptions actually ARE. They are not built to be.

Similarly, females will have very little insight into the perceptive and instinctual differences from them manifested by males.

Each are aware there are many differences. However, the most important differences they may believe they are aware of are founded only on subjective opinion. They are actually significantly unaware of what those actual, factual, perceptive and behavioral differences are precisely because they ARE sexually (male / female) dimorphic.

Similar paradoxes exist regarding whether ConserveLiberty readers and authors are Gay, Straight, Gender "alternate", gender "confused", etc.

Thus, this chapter's originally intended "Section 2" has been split into two subsections. This subsection is "The ... Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XY)". (Author influence is mostly male.)

A valid attempt to create a "The ... Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XX)" can only be written with a mostly female influence. ConserveLiberty has not yet had the good fortune to be able to integrate a subsection written by a female. That Unfolding will happen when it is meant to happen.

Until then, an attempt to begin to shed insight into the XX side of the human dimorphism tapestry is being offered by the current author (a male). Those contributions will be noted as "The ... Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XX by XY)". Similarly, if insights into the XY side of the human dimorphism tapestry are offered by a female for integration into this chapter, those subsections will be noted as "The ... Dimorphism Spectrum Tapestry (Section 2 XY by XX)"
